Support New Hire Assessment

During this first week of Support Foundations

you'll be asked to complete a list of tasks in your own portal, and work through case studies for different areas of the product.  By completing these tasks, you'll be setting up your portal in a way that will help when troubleshooting customer tickets.  Please work on this during any self-paced time that you have available.  The deadline to complete everything is Friday.
